Transport planning consultancy Vectos has expanded in Cardiff with a move to larger offices in the city. The company has taken larger offices at Helmont House, fronting Churchill Way in central Cardiff, where it has occupied space since 2011. Vectos has signed a new five-year lease on the 1,766 sq ft office suite on the ground floor. The company is among other occupiers including New Law, Darwin Gray, Horwich Farrelly, Meltwater and the Big Lottery Fund. Director Matt Thomas said: "Helmont House has been our home in Cardiff for six years and with the city centre's amenities and transport links on our doorstep it is a great fit for us. Our business in Cardiff has gone from strength to strength and we are delighted to have been able to complete our expansion within the building." Helmont House is owned by Lancashire County Pension Fund, a client of Knight Frank Investment Management (KFIM). Knight Frank and Cooke & Arkwright are the joint agents for the building.
